After  checking the Guarantee / warranty a terms by  technical  department of company , the customer will receive a receipt and can follow up the warranty Procedure through internet by receipt number.The product will be tested  under a normal situation by a standard  system.If the problem can not be solved by  are engineers, the product will be changed by a new one .

The guarantee / warranty will be void under following conditions  .

  • any physical damage
  • expiration of Guarantee/warranty
  • missing the Company guarantee cord/ label
